Very disappointed. I took my 2007 vehicle to Jay’s Front End Alignment because I believed the problem was with my brakes. I explained this to Jay, but he focused on another issue instead. My vehicle was in the shop for about a week, and each time I called, I was told he hadn’t had a chance to check the brakes. When I picked up my vehicle, I was charged $300 and told it had been repaired, including a brake line. However, the brakes felt exactly the same as before. I called immediately after leaving because the original problem had not been resolved. As a senior citizen living on a fixed Social Security income, $300 is a significant amount of money. I expected honest communication and a repair that addressed the problem I brought the vehicle in for. Instead, I left with the same issue and a car I no longer feel safe driving. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I hope other customers, especially seniors on fixed incomes, ask for a written estimate and a clear explanation of what work will actually be performed before authorizing repairs.

Jay did a fantastic job on the alignment! Previously I had went to ford for an alignment and they couldn’t get the front two tires straightened out so I had got Jay recommended to me and he got me right! Definitely will be back with my truck!

Came in for an alignment after I had someone replace my tie rods. Had all three of my babies with me. Jay had to do 30 alignments today, never once made me feel rushed or unimportant. We had to wait an hr or so for our turn , jay and his receptionist were both kind to me and my kids. When the ice cream truck came by he even offered to pay for my kids ice cream 🥹 fair priced , honest business and a kind heart. Doesn’t get any better! I’d give 10 ⭐️ if I could. He has my business from now on!

Jay and his team did a great job on my 2008 Kia Sedona. New brakes/ rotors, shocks/struts/springs, control arms, and four wheel alignment. The ol' girl got the works. She drives and handles like a dream again. 😍 I would recommend Jay's Alignment & Auto repair.

If you’re looking for honesty and quick work COME HERE. Jay & his family will take care of anything you need with a Smile! Dropped off my 2016 Dodge Ram to replace the ball joints & control arms. Turns out it only needed to be lubricated… instead of selling me unnecessary labor & parts they do the right thing and care of EXACTLY what I needed. Thanks Mr.Jay
